    Dairy farms, concrete, and the hay elevator

    Early work was physical: dairy barns, labor crews, the kind of jobs where the system either holds or someone gets hurt. The hay elevator didn't care if you were tired. That's where the first lesson landed — standards aren't motivational; they're load-bearing.

    Infantry and crisis units

    Marine infantry sharpened the habit of building plans that survive friction. After the service, the youth crisis unit taught the other side: how to hold a room calm when everyone in it is dysregulated. Different uniforms, same skill — be the operator who stays useful when the room loses composure.

    Frontline revenue and impossible calls

    BPO, telecom, retail, support floors. Thousands of calls where the script and the reality didn't line up. Learned the unglamorous truth most leadership decks miss: if the SOP is unusable, your team will invent a worse one in private — and call it culture.

    Miami reset and hostel survival

    A reset down to almost nothing in Miami. Hostel bunks, blue-collar shifts, and a slow rebuild. Useful, in a way most career arcs aren't — it stripped out the parts of the operating system that only worked when life was comfortable.

    Punchey and reputation rehab

    Now GM at Punchey. The work is mostly reputation rehab and operating rebuild: taking a business that customers had reasons to distrust, and replacing performance with rhythm. Closed loops, honest scoreboards, fewer promises, more shipped truth.

The throughline: build operating systems that respect the body, the day, and the room — and don't fold the second things get hard.
